You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
For payment through PayNow and Local Interbank Transfer, please use your Order Number as the payment reference. After completing the fund transfer, please share the screenshot with the Order Number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, between 9:00 to 18:00.
Orders are not sent out on weekends and holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday or the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING ORDERS IN SINGAPORE:
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.
Self-collection is available as stated below:

Please only drop by once we have sent you an email, notifying you that your item is ready for collection.
Our Self Collection hours are from Monday to Friday , between 10 am to 5 pm and No Self Collection is allowed on Saturdays, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.
Please take note that your order will only be kept in-store for a maximum of 10 days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection.
